Mindfulness as an approach to healthcare has become increasingly popular and its range of uses continues to expand. This is an invitation to find out more about the background, the courses, the research, which books and articles might be useful as well as links to other websites.
I also hope that it will help you to find out what Mindfulness has to offer you in your life, your work and your relationships.
Most of all, I hope that some of the things that you find here help you to take a pause during whatever stresses there are in your life right now and reconnect with yourself if only for a few moments.
